This place was awesome. Friendly and accommodating staff who were excellent communicators despite us being only available via InReach while on the JMT, adjusting our reservations based on altered timelines via Garmin texts. We were welcomed with a fresh drink, laundry, and well-organized/stocked hiker bins and some great recs for additional food and materials in town. The breakfast and company the following morning were excellent and they got us on the road back at OV in a timely fashion. Thank you MWMB! Would definitely consider coming here again for a resupply or as a touch point for a shorter loop.
Super cute, charming, quaint, cabins. Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, high quality linens, gorgeous outdoor space. The owners have poured their hearts into this mountainside accommodation and it shows. Although there is major road noise, being adjacent to the 395, they have largely mitigated it with double paned windows and little ac units that make big white noise. Would gladly stay here again when hiking in the region.
I stayed here for two nights with a group of friends and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The cabins were nice, had everything you needed for the stay and the outdoor breakfast was delicious. It was a great atmosphere, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was fun talking to the hikers and the views are magnificent. Definitely would stay again.
Super cute, simple little cabin. We stopped here for a quick night's rest on the drive to Mammoth. As soon as we pulled in, we liked how cute it is. The cabin is small, but super charming and a lot of nice little touches. Definitely not fancy, but we loved it!
Stayed for only one night (9/14/25) after 7 days of NOBO JMT through hike. Room was super clean and functional. Breakfast was fantastic, outside under the trees. Had laundry done too. Doug & Lauralyn were great hosts!
Accidentally triggered an alarm by pressing it with out suitcase, and couldn't figure out how to stop it. The owner came down in the middle of the night to help fix it, much appreciated, thank you!! Also the location is amazinggggg
Wonderful spot! The cabin was cozy and the surrounding views are gorgeous. The owners were so nice and communicative - they also quickly mailed out a jacket we had forgotten in our room! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
